He oversees all operations, including on-site management, coordinating suppliers and trades, maintaining progress in line with the construction schedule, all with a strong focus on budgets, quality, and site safety. Simon ensures each project is delivered on time, every time.
Emily
Contract Administrator
Emily manages all contractual documentation, including variations, RFIs, progress claims, and client communication. Her organised and detail-driven approach ensures documentation is accurate, processes run smoothly, and clients remain informed at every stage of the build.
Cassandra
Interior Design Consultant
Cassandra manages client selections and design coordination, ensuring all fixtures, fittings, finishes, and materials align with the overall project vision. She works closely our suppliers and clients, guiding decisions that are both practical and cohesive with the build.
